Thirty years

Daddy's Girl

It’s hard to believe that so much time has passed since my Dad died.

Sweet photo…so sorry for your loss. I am sure it still hurts.

Losing a parent has to be a hard thing, I still have both of mine.

I always marvel at the brick building you have down there.

I seem to have a real knack for dropping in on these anniversaries. I’m sure Mr. P would be proud to know how you’ve turned out… if he doesn’t already.

Thinking of you……I wish I could have known him. I think we would have had a few laughs.;)

I don’t think the number of years makes any difference. The emptiness of the loss never goes away.

About two and a half weeks from now will be the first year since I lost my Dad … I think about him every day and miss him just as much today as I did the day after he died.

I doubt that will ever go away.
