Karen,

I'm glad the news is a bit better. You are more than due for some good luck and I firmly believe that you are in for a long stretch of it now!

Hugs,

Karen,
I'm confused about this. So unless another cow tests positive, Montana keeps it's brucellosis-free status. That is good. Your heifers tested negative which sounds good, but will they be slaughtered like the Morgan cows because they may have been exposed?

Oh, Karen, I didn't realize reading Sarpy Sam that it was your heifers that were exposed. I am so sorry.

Long time since I posted on your site. I hope all is well and you keep your free status. I hate to see Bridger in the news this way. From the middle of missery I remain a Carbon County lover. kh

Bonnie - I'm not having any problem getting to Sarpy.

Niki - my cattle at home were not quarantined. I insisted that they were tested before I turned them out.

Thanks, Jon.

So very sorry to hear about your girls. I wish there was something else that could be done to save the uninfected.

I'm so glad that the girls are fine. Does this mean that they have to remain quarantined? We will get to see more of 155 and 5 right?
I've been trying to follow this story on line and asked Linda Molten Howe to look into the situation.
