The Cutting Room Floor is exactly where that interview didn't belong.

You are a remarkable lady, Karen. Well done.

Karen, good for you! Your voice just popped out of my laptop and I'm maybe 6,000+ miles away on the South Coast of England. I have travelled the US extensively but last year was my first visit to Montana and oh how I cried. How can Montana feel like home to me? I have no relations in America, no 'connection' if you will, but touch me, it did and deeply. Maybe it's in the earth or the air. Well, I'm steeling myself for a return visit next June, got to take a deep breath! Love your blog (oh and your photos on flickr are fab). Bev

Excellent interview, you did as well as anyone yet who has tried to put their finger on what makes Montana special.
Like I have told folks many times, I spent six years in the Navy traveling the world only to realize Montana is the only place I want to live.
