Hi Sam - I’m just in from another quiet check. We’ve two girls who looked ready yesterday afternoon - but I think that they just wanted me to keep an eye on them. . . Maybe they’ll wait until daylight.
I really have a lot of sympathy for you folks calving so many at once in such terrible cold weather. Hope everything goes well with the rest of your calving season.
Hi Karen,I wish you warmer weather, not too many calves at once, some sleep and that I could be there to help somehow! It has been bitterly cold here but I don’t have to go out tripping around in the cold & dark!Stay safe!

No such luck here. Having 5 or 6 a night. I’m so tired.

Stay warm! We topped out yesterday with a high of 3 above without the wind chill. Get your rest, i’m thinking about you out there.

Well, it’s warming up - but it looks like it’s planning on snowing some more.
