I love how close you are to Red Lodge. Not many farmers get the joy of working in such a beautiful area. I don’t care what anyone else says, but I still think beets grow better when they got somethin’ to look at!

We took a drive up Beartooth Pass today. It was open till the Wyo state line, and then closed. Lovely drive with beautiful fall colors and newly restored roads to examine. We turned Maggie loose on top to play in the snow. She thought that was great! Great day for whatever you are doing in the area. Linn

Looks like a LOT of work…
Pretty, though. Gorgeous. Really!
Have fun in the field tomorrow!
Cheers,
Mr. H.K.

It is a beautiful place to live and work. Or work and live? Whatever. Beet field sure looks clean.
Actually has dried up some here. One field baled yesterday and the bales that got rained on stacked.
RFD TV this morning predicts dryer and warmer than usual for the whole area for the next 90 days. I wonder how they can figure that far in advance?? bonnie

Jough - I love this valley. Your family farms in a beautiful place too.
Linn - I wish you’d have picked me up!
Mr. HK - It is, and it is, and I didn’t.
Bonnie - I’d imagine that meteorology pays better than farming.
