Fingers and toes are crossed for warmer temps. Robert - Oh, the rest of the harvest is off to a great start. Sigh. . . Shelly - Yes, it did a number on our trees, too. Anon - Well, that's the truth. I doubt that they were ready 100 years ago either. During corn harvest, I kept threatening to set the chopper on fire. But it's green (and yellow) and probably wouldn't burn. A friend offered some dynamite. With the price of fuel, I'm glad that we raised so much oats. We may have to buy some more horses. . .
