YGF Meeting tonight in Billings, MT

Since I’ve been so out of touch, I didn’t even notice Randy’s post until a few minutes ago. And yes, Craig is supposed to be there, too.
Oops. . .

from yesterday’s Billings Gazette:

Genealogy meeting to focus on blogging

“Blogging as a Genealogy Tool” will be presented by Randy Heinz and Karen Hergenrider at the meeting of the Yellowstone Genealogy Forum on Tuesday.

Participants will learn about what the Web tool is and how it can be used for genealogy. The meeting starts at 7 p.m., at the Cultural Hall, Sixth Street West and Avenue D. The public is invited.

The public is invited - so this means you! Privates are welcome, too.
If you’re in the neighborhood, please stop by.
I see that Randy is requesting hecklers.

We’re scheduled to explain blogging this evening. If it turns into an episode of the Three Stooges - can I please be Shemp?

that’s pretty cool! it’s funny that blogging is starting to get recognition. so many of my friends still wonder what one is and why would anyone keep one. some even say “you have a blob? what’s that?”. lol

The boss found the notice about tonight’a meeting in the paper yesterday and pointed it out to me. Would love to heckle but we are shipping 700 steers on Wednesday so I best be home if at all possible!

Aimee, if you want to see an up close and personal blog try City Lights today. It is frustrating to me to be so close and yet so far away. I am getting a kick out of reading it, anyway. bonnie

I don’t see why not, but you may have to leave your parrots home.

Hey, just wanted you to know I was thinking about you tonight. I know the three of you will get the job done! Good Luck (or should I say break a leg)!
