While the Baron & I have been slogging around in the snow and mud,
the kids have been taking it easy.

I never get to sit in my recliner without a cat or dog.


This is an old photo - note leaves on tree.

We’ve had the never ending circle of feeding, bedding down with straw, loading out grain and hay, tubbing hay, doctoring, and fighting with that cow.

Gone to the Birds

Everyone seems to be talking about them. Spring has brought some new feathered friends and some old ones.

Mr. Hell’s Kitchen has an update on the saga of Pale Male & Lola.

SB has wonderful bird posts and photos.

So does Sam’s Darling Wife.

Kim’s site has a new look and a new duck.

They’ve even shown up at Goatopolis.

I know that bats aren’t birds - but Dave Barry has a good one!
