I’ll Do Special Requests If I Can
This one is for the anonymous jg & sister. I’m afraid that I don’t know much about sheep. I do enjoy watching them, and I can post some old cards depicting them, too.
This Northern Pacific Card was mailed from Spokane, WA on 17 July 1909 to Cliff Hardy of Colorado Springs, CO.
It reads:
There is plenty of good sheep country along this line.

I am really enjoying these cards — especially this one. My mom worked for Northern Pacific Railroad for many years; this card is a nostalgia kick for me.

Lots of little sheep in that card!
I would love to see a card that had a flamingo in it.

thanks for the sheep card for my sister! am sure once she quits counting sheep, or whatever it is that she does so late at night with one of those miner headlights strapped to her head, she will follow the clues i left her as to how to get here and thank you herself. if she does ever show up, be sure and ask her why i used to call her goose….jg
